It has been wonderful to see students enjoying Staughton Vale as we move into Winter.  Although the weather has started to become cold the days are brisk and bright.  I am particularly excited by the ideas that students are beginning to have about how the site may be used to enhance and develop their learning.  The early signs are that the educational advantages we had hoped for with Staughton Vale are going to be realised and more.

Exams are occurring in the Senior School this week and it is also pleasing to see the way they are being approached by most students.  It is also wonderful to see so many past students around helping out.  When this group of people are added to our interns we really are fortunate to have so many wonderful ex-students participating actively in the life of the school.

Congratulations to all Grade 6 leaders who proved to be such wonderful ambassadors for the school at last weekend’s Prep interviews.

I wish the community a safe and restful long weekend.
