Featured Story

Last Wednesday evening I attended the BMG in Concert.    It was a pleasure to see so many students passionate about their music and so willing to both play and talk about it.  I would like to congratulate all staff and students who were involved in the event.

Much of this term has required me to be involved in final discussions relating to the development of Woodlea.    It is pleasing that the intensity of these discussions are now waning and we will soon be into the development process.   Woodlea has the ability to change the capacity of the school for further development.  At the forefront of Council’s and my work in this area has been securing arrangements for the long- term benefit of the school with little or no short-term impact.   I believe we have achieved that and I would like to thank School Council for dong the hard long-term strategic thinking that lies behind the Woodlea thinking. I wish all members of the community a safe and relaxing break.
