The school in conjunction with Bacchus Marsh Coaches, Nuline and Kastoria, operate extensive private bus services across the outer western part of Melbourne including Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Caroline Springs, Watergardens, Burnside, Taylors Hill ,Sunbury/Gisborne, Aintree and Eynesbury.

Private Bus Travellers – Update to Student Bus Travel Code of Conduct

Please be advised that there has been a change to the Student Bus Travel Code of Conduct with the addition of point 2.1.3. All students must not take photos of other students, drivers or aspects of the bus during operation. This change is effective immediately so it is important that students are made aware of this.

Public Bus Services

Public bus services operate across the outer western part of Melbourne and surrounding rural areas including Melton, Toolern Vale, Long Forest, Hopetoun Park, Exford, Eynesbury, Blackwood, Ballan, Merrimu, Glenmore and Balliang.

Application for Permission to Travel : Conditions of Travel (Public Bus Travellers) – All students who catch a 'School Bus Program' bus are required to complete the relevant form for travel and submit it to the school before the commencement of travel on the bus.

School bus program services include: Exford/Eynesbury, Hopetoun Park, Camerons Road, Melton via Exford (Strathtulloh), Glenmore, Balliang East, Ballan, Blakeville, Bullengarook and Toolern Vale. 


Train Services

VLine services connect on the Ballarat Line at Bacchus Marsh Station.


Government Allowances

Conveyance Allowance

The conveyance allowance is a form of financial assistance to help families in rural and regional Victoria with the cost of transporting their children to their nearest appropriate school/campus.  The conveyance allowance is available to eligible students travelling by public transport, private car and private bus.  The conveyance allowance is also available to eligible students whose nearest school is not serviced by a free school bus.

Students attending a government or non-government school must:

  • attend their nearest government or non-government school/campus appropriate to their year level at which admission is permissible
  • reside outside Melbourne’s metropolitan conveyance boundary
  • reside 4.8km or more by the shortest practicable route from that school/campus attended
  • be of school age (5 to 18 years old at time of application) and reside in Victoria.
