We are excited to provide a wrap-up of the spectacular performance of High School Musical Jr., brought to life by the talented Middle School students of our Maddingley Campus. More than 120 students showcased their talents in this beloved story of friendship, self-discovery, and embracing individuality. High School Musical Jr. is a story about finding one’s identity and knowing that it’s okay to be different—because we are all unique in our own way. The cast beautifully conveyed this message, and each actor and actress embraced their characters with authenticity, capturing the heart and spirit of the show. The energetic musical numbers, featuring favourites like “We’re All in This Together,” “Stick to the Status Quo,” and “Breaking Free,” were performed with impressive vocal skill and dynamic choreography, filling the stage with infectious enthusiasm.
Despite some technical issues during our Friday evening performance, our students prevailed, demonstrating remarkable professionalism and adaptability. Their ability to stay focused and deliver a flawless show was a testament to their resilience and dedication.
Behind the curtain, the production team—comprising stagehands, lighting and sound technicians, and costume designers—worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the show ran smoothly.
