Bacchus Marsh Grammar recently celebrated National Science Week. The theme this year was “Glass – more than meets the eye”. Students and staff had a fantastic time celebrating this spectacular science week by participating in a variety of hands-on experiments and activities across all sub-schools during lunchtimes.
It was a busy fun filled week, full of lots of fun and insightful learning. It was wonderful to see student’s excitement and inquisitive nature spark to life. Activities linked to the theme included making a kaleidoscope, experimenting with jelly optical fibres or hot glue fibres, light bulbs, making a telescope, sugar glass decorations and so much more.
Thank you to all the staff and students that participated in the celebration of National Science Week.
