13 1997 The Bristols To cater for the growth of the school, The Bristols (then L block) were acquired second hand from the local secondary school. Come join with us our voices raised In one community, As of our school we sing the praise, Its life and history. From small beginnings, prosper, grow, With strength we face all strife, And work each day toward our goal. Education for Life, Education for Life. Our colours blue and black and gold We wear with loyal pride. Blue represents our friendships True companions by our side. Black stands for efforts hard and long to reach the final goal, Where gold acclaims achievements And a future to behold, a future to behold. We learn amid a leafy clime To challenge each new day And make the best use of our time, To seek and not to stray, We strive with spirit in our hearts And purpose in our minds. A link is forged each day we work, A loyal tie that binds, a loyal tie that binds. That link will join us through the years And guide us as we grow To make our way down life’s long path And pace ourselves just so. The hardest times we face with zeal Remembering lessons schooled, We’ll draw our strength from times we spent At Bacchus Marsh Grammar School, Bacchus Marsh Grammar School.
